We are pleased to announce that we now have a Permit Specialist on staff to assist clients through the complex permitting process. We can take care of all of the preliminary permitting (excludes building permit) required to build your dream.
The first step in obtaining a permit for a new project is submitting a Site Analysis. We use specialized, CAD software to provide a professional and detailed Site Plan.
Water Adequacy
Water Adequacy is also required as part of the preliminary permitting process. This includes coordinating with the water manager, for public systems, and well companies for clients with wells.​
Water Testing & Well Capacity Tests
Water sample requirements are determined by Public Health regulations. Well capacity tests are required when a well log cannot be found. We can assist clients in obtaining water samples and coordinate with well companies to perform a capacity test - if needed.

Sometimes in order to obtain septic or building permits, a Boundary Line Adjustment is required to gain the appropriate lot size for your project.
